We’re on a mission to reimagine the look, sound and feel of student events, eschewing the repetitive in favour of the bespoke. Backed by one of the UK’s leading technical production companies, we harness the latest event tech to create unparalleled experiences that truly do stand out.

Whilst exceptional value for money and access to the latest tech differentiate us from many of our competitors, our dedicated project teams are the heart of what makes us truly unique. We cater exclusively to the Cambridge May Ball market, and we’ve refined our project management approach to specifically accommodate the unique circumstances within which these events take place. We get college bureaucracy, May Ball specific council regulations, and a committee generally made up of busy students. We're young, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to deliver.

Meet the team
Zak Bakkali
Production Director
Zak studied politics having graduated from Clare in 2024. Zak ran Clare Sound for three years and delivered production for countless May Week staples: from Magdalene and KA to Trinity Hall June Event and Hughes May Ball. Zak was also the President of the 2023 Clare May Ball and advised various other committees on all aspects of technical production. Alongside running Triple Arrow, Zak is a Civil Service Fast Streamer currently supporting the delivery of a multibillion digital project working at the heart of government.
Joe Garvey
Technical Director
Joe is an MEng student and the director of Cosmos Audio, an audio engineering firm spun out of the Cambridge Engineering department. Joe started Cosmos Audio after finding himself unhappy with the offerings of commercial audio and designed his own. Heavily inspired by his experiences working in Bristol and Berlin, he deployed his first custom system at Caius May Ball in 2024. An enthusiast for all things audio-visual, Joe is obsessive about sound, light and architecture, with every event, big or small receiving the same attention to detail.​
Andrew Corrigan
Technical Partner
Andrew is the 26 year old director of one of the fastest growing production companies in the UK and an industry leader in complex production management. From stages at Glastonbury to corporate shows for Hyundai, Andrew has been trusted by the among the most discerning clients to flawlessly deliver even the most challenging events at scale. Andrew's technical expertise is second to none and he has extensive experience managing large teams of event crew and complex logistics.
